Horizontal vacuum furnace HVF type has a compact construction.
This way it saves a lot of space. A cylindrical low-alloyed
heating chamber is lined with graphite felt or molybdenum. It
minimizes heat loosing and temperature distortion. The heat
exchange furnace zone is up to 50% bigger due providing slight
and high efficiency heating elements. It ensures best usable
values such as the uniformity parameters of heating. The furnace
housing is composed of carbon steel. Optional equipment: manual
operated batch loader, two batch tables.

Vertical
vacuum furnace VVF type.
Vertical vacuum furnace has many advantages. High automation
limits manual work just to loading and unloading the heating
chamber. It guaranties high repeatable results of heat treatment,
saving energy and reducing cycle time. The treated elements
obtain higher cleanliness than those treated in solt bath or
atmospheres with oil quenching. The vertical construction lets
to harden long shape detailes without risk of distortion.

Technology PVD, CVD
AMP gives these what the market needs and explore
the future to find the needs for the market. One of
the explored machine is the industrial furnace for
producing pyrolitic graphite (PG and HOPG) and
pyrolitic coats. The furnace is vacuum type with the
working tempereature 3000°C and operating pressure
3x10-1 mbar. The heat chamber is a
cylinder shape with unitary heat zone made with
graphite. The high efficiency insulation is made
with graphite too . The furnace can work also
hydrogen and argon atmosphere. AMP is the owner of
the technology and know-how. Features of pyrolitic
graphite: chemically inert; high purity (99,99%);
stable:in air to 500°C, in vacuum to 2500°C, inert
atmosphere (Ar, He, N) to 3500°C; impermeable; non-dusting;
resistive against thermal shock; high machineability.
Application of pyrolitic graphite: electronics,
medicine, chemical industry, nuclear industry,
nozzles in jet engines, nanotechnology, precisely
heating technology, semi-finished products (pipse,
plates), coatings (10-100 μm) on ceramic, metal or

Atmosphere Furnaces
AMP offers atmosphere furnaces on customer´s request.

furnaces.
Pit-type atmosphere furnace (PAF)
This type is fully automated with sliding safely
opening door. Vertical type batch loading/unloading
carries on by transporter crane. The furnace housing
is composed of carbon steel. The internal wall is
lined with fibre insulation. There is a inlet/outlet
of cooling gasses on the furnace bottom. All heat
treatment processes are controlled by a logic
controller according to programmed data. The control
system contains a register with written down
function and auto data save on a hard disc. The
ceramic fiber insulation lines internal furnace wall.
This insulation type shortens warming-up time, saves
user´s money and natural environment. The furnace
heating system is installed around the batch (360°)
directly on internal chamber wall. It ensures best
usable values such as the temperature uniformity in
whole the heat zone. The furnace consists of an
external air blower which cools the heat zone down
to 100°C.
Processes: tempering, annealing,
hardening, normalizing.
Horizontal atmosphere furnace HAF type
The horizontal atmosphere furnace with moveable
hearth is prepared to work in temperature max 1150°C
in air atmosphere. Batch loading/unloading is fully
automated. As a optional equipment the furnace can
consist of manual operated batch loader and batch
instrumentation. The compact furnace construction
doesn´t need too much room to be installed. The
furnace housing is composed of carbon steel. The
heating elements are placed on internal chamber
walls, on ceiling and hearth. It ensures temperature
uniformity in the whole heat zone. The furnace is
controlled by PLC controller with written down
function and auto data save on a hard disc.
Processes: tempering, annealing,
hardening, normalizing.

Furnace Rebuilding

AMP offers total furnace rebuilding and maintenance.
Furnace shells are completely cleaned inside and
outside. All surfaces are painted with a special
paint. All boiler scale is clean off and wall
thickness is tested.
We offer several graphite insulation packages
depending on process condition and user´s technology.
New insulation gives fast batch warming-up, saves
energy, guarantees temperature uniformity and
process cleanliness.
Offered insulation packages:
Package 1 x GFA PACK - the economic solution of
multi layers insulation is dedicated for low charge
devices.
Package 2 x GFA PACK - the solution of multi layers
insulation for medium charge devices
Package ISO PACK - the insulation consists of rigid
graphite boards and covered by graphite foil. It is
dedicated for high charge devices.
Package FOIL PACK - the insulation based on multi
layers rigid graphite boards and covered by fat foil.
It is dedicated for very high charge devices

Industrial Cleaner EVC type
AMP offers ecological vapour cleaners
for after machining details and before
their heat treatment and after the
process. The ecological cleaning process
is used instead of TRI and PER washing.
The cleaners work in close loop system
and are absolutely safely for natural
environment. The vapour cleaner EVC type
is a vertical loaded device. Loading and
unloading the washer is processed by a
transporter crane. The cleaner composes
of: housing with separated working
chamber, solvent tank, heating elements,
emergency buffer dividing off the
working space and a part with liquid,
scrubber, hermetic hatch, chiller,
vapour detector, liquid level sensor,
drying system, filtration system,
emergency tray, vacuum destilating
system, force pumps, ventilating system.
